Storage & handling
Keeping your order in good condition from delivery onwards.
1. On delivery
Check the seal and label are intact and the batch number matches your packing slip. Contact support if anything looks wrong.
2. Storage
Keep unopened vials refrigerated at 2–8°C, upright, away from light and out of reach of children and pets.
3. Lab report
Scan the batch number in our lab report library to view that batch's certificate when published.
4. Shelf life
Use by the date on the label. Don't freeze unless the label says so.
5. Disposal
Dispose of vials and any sharps through a local pharmacy or council sharps program. Never put sharps in household rubbish.
