Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of mind
Because of storage and handling requirements, opened items cannot be returned for change of mind. Unopened items may be eligible; contact support.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
