What we collect
Contact details, delivery addresses and order history. Bitcoin is the default; Wise / PayID payment details are shared personally after you contact us before paying. We may receive payment references or proof for verification; we never ask for card numbers, banking passwords or login codes.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, provide support and, only with your consent, send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Daily browser measurement
Only after you accept analytics, we store a random identifier in your browser for the current Melbourne calendar day. Repeat visits from that browser count once that day. The identifier changes the next day; previous-day server identifiers are removed on the next consenting visit. Daily aggregate totals are retained for up to one year. This measurement does not store IP addresses, contact details or fingerprints. It is not an exact count of people: separate browsers, devices or cleared storage can count again, and visitors who refuse are excluded. Older visits cannot be reconstructed. You can withdraw permission through Cookie settings; Global Privacy Control is respected. Lovable's separate cookieless analytics still records page visits, time, speed and errors before consent; interactions wait for analytics acceptance.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by contacting support.
First visit sources
After analytics acceptance, the daily measurement also aggregates the first recorded visit by Melbourne hour, broad referral category and safe UTM source, medium and campaign labels. These are used for Odyssey Bio's internal traffic reporting and retained for up to one year, not shared with Meta. No full referral URLs, ad click identifiers or precise visit times are stored by this measurement. Historical sources and hours remain unknown. UTM labels do not prove attribution to a specific advertisement. Withdraw analytics permission through Cookie settings.
The Odyssey Bio app
The phone app is the same service as this website and stores the same information. If you allow notifications, we store a device token only to send you order and account updates. Your cart is kept on your phone. We do not track you across other apps.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account any time in Account → Delete my account, on the website or in the app. This removes your profile, addresses, favourites, points and reminders. Past orders are kept without your name or address for legal records.
