How to read a certificate of analysis

A COA is a lab report for one specific batch. Check that the batch number on the COA matches the batch on your vial.

Look for the testing method (for example HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity), the lab's name, the test date and the measured result.

A purity figure only means something when it comes from a named, independent lab for that exact batch. That is why Odyssey Bio only shows purity once the batch report is published.

Storing vials correctly

Keep unopened vials sealed, refrigerated (2–8°C) and away from light.

Avoid repeated temperature changes. Store in the original box to protect from light.

Check the label and documentation for batch-specific storage notes.

What batch testing means

Every production batch is different. Every product is tested and the results are on file.

Ask support@odyssey-bio.com and we email you the COA, usually within one business day.
