What arrives in the box
Unpacking an Odyssey order, step by step.
Each order ships in a plain outer box. Inside is the black Odyssey box, a batch card and, in warm months, a cold-pack.
Every vial label shows the product, strength and batch number. Keep the batch card until the vial is finished.
If anything looks damaged, take a photo before unpacking further and email us — we will make it right.
